Construction complete - just in time for SXSW 2016!

I purchased No. 88 Rainey in 2013. Stevie Ray Vaughan once lived and played in this house.

Redeveloping the property was a challenge. After a bit of a drubbing by the City of Austin, the newest bar on Rainey was open for business.
