I found an old trophy shop and then found Nikki. Together we converted the shop into a commerical kitchen and cafe. Nikki, also known as the Mediterranean Chef, makes authentic Mediterranean meals, dips, and salads and serves them up at the Aurora Drive cafe or at your local market.
