I purchased this property in 2011 with an eye for its potential. Nestled in a lovely South Austin residential neighborhood, our friends at Inic Preschool operated a Spanish Immersion preschool at this location until 2017. After Inic moved to a new location, development began. I wanted to adapt the neighborhood vibe and plan an atomic-style ranch that offered office space as well as a restaurant for our neighbors. The COVID pandemic slowed and stalled the development down more times than I can count, however, I can say the finished stunner was absolutely worth the wait. Sawyer and Evan and the rest of the nice folks at the Michelin Award-winning LeRoy and Lewis BBQ are now serving some of the finest barbeque in the great state of Texas and I couldn't be happier to have them here.
